Date: July 4
Miami’s 4th of July Mega Fest started 17 years ago as the Bayfront Park celebration. Now named to reflect its growth over the years, Mega Fest promises a big batch of fun for families who want to celebrate the holiday in grand style.
This multicultural musical event features disc jockeys playing Latin and reggaeton on the amphitheatre stage, behind which sits a gorgeous view of Miami and Biscayne Bay.
Treat yourself to some great food, and browse booths featuring unique arts and crafts. Of course, a visit to the kids’ area is a must as well. The evening’s highlight is the fireworks show that starts at around 9 pm and lights up the sky
You might want to watch from the adjacent Bayside Marketplace, featuring plenty of restaurants and some great shopping. From either spot you’ll have a great view of the light show going on to the delight of all ages.
Say happy birthday America in a beautiful setting with plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy.
