Miami is the city of a mélange of great cuisines created by the immigrants of so many countries who have chosen this part of the world to call home.
Of course, the Cubans came in the 60’s bringing their tasty Caribbean flavors. But later, came many from other Caribbean countries as well as Central and South America and other parts of the world.
