The Cheesecake Factory is legendary for (guess what?) its superlative varieties of cheesecake, crowned most recently by a 25th-anniversary Godiva Chocolate version. But that’s for dessert. The energetic, family-friendly eatery offers more than 200 items that cover it all – appetizers, pizza, pasta, seafood, steaks, salad, sandwiches and much more. All that makes the menu resemble a small telephone book, but you’ll have fun choosing. You might even make it simple and opt for one of the specialties, like Chicken Madeira, Miso Salmon, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta or the enormous Factory Burger or Tons of Fun Burger (double everything).
There’s also a variety of sandwiches, egg dishes and a special (and lavish) Sun brunch. But if you don’t top the meal off with something rich, you’re missing the point. There are no less than 50 varieties of cheesecake – check out such numbers as fresh banana-cream cheesecake, vanilla-bean cheesecake, key lime cheesecake or chocolate tuxedo cream cheesecake. Not a cheesecake fan? You can order chocolate mousse, an apple dumpling, strawberry shortcake or a heaping, old-fashioned hot fudge sundae.
