Classic Asian cuisine is served up at the many Houston locations of Pei Wei. Children twelve and under can choose between Teriyaki, Honey Seared or Lo Mein chicken served with white or brown rice, egg noodles and a drink for $3.95. Small bites for those over the age of 12 include Crab Wontons, Minced Chicken with Cool Lettuce Wraps, or Pei Wei Spring Rolls. Noodle and Rice Bowls come with your choice of chicken, beef, pork, or a vegetable and tofu blend.
The Teriyaki Bowl has sweet soy glaze with onion, cabbage, carrots, spinach, sesame seeds and white or brown rice. The spicy Pad Thai dish has sweet and sour sauce, tofu, bean sprouts, scallion, egg, peanuts, and cilantro and rice noodles combined with your meat of choice. The menu designates which dishes are available vegetarian style and which are spicy.
Their signature dishes come with a choice of chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, scallops, or the vegetable and tofu blend. Classics like Sweet and Sour, Honey Seared and Lemon Pepper are family favorites. Or try something a little exotic (and spicy). The Asian Coconut Curry has a green curry coconut sauce, ginger, basil, red bell pepper, onion and long beans. The Orange Peel dish has orange peel, scallion, garlic, snap peas, and carrot all in a chili bean sauce.
Take out is available from all Pei Wei locations. After a long day spent touring the city or enjoying one of the attractions, dinner in bed at the hotel room might just hit the spot.
