Weather permitting, the free, public SCAS Saturday Nite Live weekly event provides sharp images of planets, Moon, deep sky objects and seasonal constellations in hi-tech equipment staffed by SCAS members. You might see a satellite, a brilliant meteor or the International Space Station from the darkest skies nearest to Miami. If your telescope needs `help‘ our SCAS techs will come to your rescue!

Wear jeans and bring a long-sleeved top. It‘s a fun and free educational evening under the stars....the best deal in town! Director Barb Yager advises to plan your visit when the magnificent planets: ringed Saturn rises in the east late evening, fiery Mars in the south, and brilliant Venus rising in the west -- all will be visible in November.
