Biking the
Historic Redland

Fee: $20/Person - Includes bike, helmet rental, and bottled water.
This leisurely bike tour lead by naturalist guide Roger Hammer, will allow
participants to learn about historic people and places of the Redland. Learn
about Hainlin's Saw Mill, James Castellow, Will Anderson, Bill Krome, and other
pioneers of the area. The trip leaves from Castellow Hammock Park and Nature
Center and includes a refreshing stop at Knaus' Berry Farm. This tour is rated
easy to moderate.

This leisurely-paced, 14-mile roundtrip bicycle hike will traverse pineland and
prairie habitats along a firebreak trail on Long Pine Key in Everglades National
